Dr. Paulina Segovia-Olvera received her B.Sc. (2007) degree in Engineering Physics from Universidad de Guanajauto in Mexico, and her Ph.D. (2012) degree in Engineering Physics from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Mexico.

Dr. Luis Felipe Devia-Cruz, received his B.S in Electronic Engineering (2001) in Cali, Colombia, then he moved to Mexico where he worked for the industry as design and automation engineer.

Dr. Marcos Antonio Plata Sánchez received his Bachelor of Electronics degree (1995) from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla in Puebla City, Mexico.
